近日，蒙古国布罗巨特 2×150MW 电厂项目正式上线了建文EPC国际工程总承包管理系统（中/英/蒙文版），以大数据、云计算、互联网+、物联网、APP等前沿技术为依托，为该EPC项目的设计、采购、施工提供数字化项目管理服务，满足设计、采购和施工的深度融合要求，让设计、采购、施工等多业务急速联动，实现项目协同一体化。

Recently, Mongolia's Brojute 2 × 150MW power plant project has officially launched the Justwin EPC international engineering general contracting management system (Chinese/English/Mongolian version). Relying on cutting-edge technologies such as big data, cloud computing, Internet Plus, the Internet of Things, and APP, it provides digital project management services for the design, procurement, and construction of the EPC project, meets the requirements for deep integration of design, procurement, and construction, and enables rapid linkage of design, procurement, and construction to achieve project synergy and integration.

该项目位于蒙古国首都东南部的中央省巴彦吉日嘎朗苏木境内西北部，由蒙古国策层斯能源与矿业公司投资，由中钢设备有限公司承接项目总承包，新建2×150MW燃煤电站、69公里输变电线路及配套的公路、铁路等基础设施，总投资额近6亿美元约合人民币40余亿元。

The project is located in the northwest of Bayangol Sumu, the central province in the southeast of the capital of Mongolia. It is invested by Mongolia's Tsetsens Mining and Energy LLC, and undertaken by China Steel Equipment Co., Ltd. as the general contractor. It will build a new 2×150MW coal-fired power station, 69 kilometers of power transmission and transformation lines, and supporting infrastructure such as roads and railways. The total investment is nearly 600 million US dollars, equivalent to more than 4 billion yuan.

本次合作由SINOSTEEL MECC（中国中钢）主导，通过建文EPC系统，，实现以设计管理为龙头，进度管理为主线，概预算管理为抓手，合同管理为纽带，以工程、物资、设备为管理对象，将投资控制延伸到实际业务中。建立涵盖项目全生命周期、项目全管理职能、项目全利益相关者的核心信息平台，完善业主方与EPC方、总包方、分包方、施工方、监理方、运营方之间的信息交换，通过施工现场、项目指挥部、政府监管部门等多部门协作，实现项目任务层级分解、项目成本多维管控，解决施工现场资源冲突，规范EPC项目的管理标准，让项目各个维度（概预算、设计、采购、施工、结算及总包、分包、质量、安全、SHE、采购、成本等）标准化。

This cooperation is led by SINOSTEEL MECC (China Steel) and implemented through the Justwin EPC system. It focuses on design management as the leader, progress management as the main line, budget management as the grasp, contract management as the link, and engineering, materials, and equipment as the management objects. It extends investment control to actual business operations. It establishes a core information platform that covers the entire lifecycle of the project, all management functions of the project, and all stakeholders of the project. It improves information exchange between the owner, EPC party, general contractor, subcontractor, construction party, supervision party, and operator. Through multi-department collaboration at the construction site, project command center, and government regulatory authorities, it achieves hierarchical decomposition of project tasks, multi-dimensional control of project costs, resolves resource conflicts at the construction site, standardizes management standards for EPC projects, and standardizes project dimensions such as budgeting, design, procurement, construction, settlement, general contracting, subcontracting, quality, safety, SHE, procurement, and cost.

该项目为中国“一带一路”和蒙古国“发展之路”战略对接的重点能源合作项目，项目实施将积极推动构建中蒙俄经济走廊，促进当地经济和社会发展。该项目建成后，将有效解决蒙古国电力行业物资供应链短缺问题，满足周边矿区和牧民生产、生活需求，极大地推进了当地电力行业的发展。

The project is a key energy cooperation project for the strategic docking of China's "the Belt and Road" and Mongolia's "Development Road".
